Therapist giving client a Swedish massage

The most basic massage we offer. The pressure can be light to firm, but not as invasive as deep tissue. Remember that deeper isn't always better. Sometimes the body just needs to relax and de-stress.

Deep Tissue

Therapist giving client a deep tissue massage

This treatment is the scientific method of properly applied pressure to reduce or relieve muscle spasms or pain. Deep tissue massage works layer by layer through connective tissue and muscles down to the deeper muscles.

A very healthy way to reduce stress and relieve many  of the normal discomforts of pregnancy such as headaches, backaches, stiff joints, and leg cramps. In addition, massage can also help relieve depression and anxiety caused by hormonal changes.

Craniosacral Therapy

Therapist giving client craniosacral therapy

This form of therapy is done fully clothed and lying face up on the massage bed. CranioSacral Therapy is designed to bring full relaxation to every system in the body. The touch is very light and the results can be huge. Ideal for a full spectrum of pain, illnesses, and dysfunctions, including: chronic headaches, stress related disorders, PTSD, TMJ, Scoliosis, Fibromyalgia, Infant/childhood disorders, and many more. It releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. **Children under 16 years of age receive this service free of charge.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy is the use of suction (negative pressure) rather than compression for bodywork ranging from myofascia release to lymphatic drainage. It is safe, comfortable, and remarkably effective for MANY health disorders. Cupping rapidly facilitates soft tissue release, loosens and lifts connective tissues, breaks up and drains stagnation while increasing blood and lymph flow to skin and muscles in ways not possible by regular massage.

Sinus Massage Therapy

A client with sinus issues in need of a sinus massage therapy session

The Sinus Massage uses steam and manual lymphatic drainage along with trigger point therapy on the head, neck, and shoulders to relieve pressure of sinus headaches and help aid in breathing better.

the head to help decompress nerve endings

Therapist performing Reflexology on a client

Reflexology is the study of the stimulation

of points or areas under the skin known

as reflexes. Reflexes correspond to specific organs,

glands, and structures throughout the body.

Reflexing can, and often does, relieve energy

blockages in the feet. It is deeply relaxing and stress

reducing on the body and emotions.
